Artist Bio

Jennifer Amenta is originally from Toronto, Canada where she studied at York University and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Arts in 2000.  She has spent time working as a portrait artist, illustrator for a bridal designer, and set painter.  After living for 10 years in Ottawa where she began to focus independently on her career as a visual artist, Jennifer and her family now reside in the USA just west of Boston.  Recently her work was featured in the October 2013 issue of American Art Collector magazine. In Toronto her urban series is represented by art dealer Marcia Rafelman.
